I started Bendita Cocina with a simple dream: to bring the rich flavors of Argentina to Palatine. Food has always been a part of my life. Growing up in Argentina, I was surrounded by bold flavors, family meals, and a passion for cooking. My journey took me from the mountains of Patagonia to Italy and then to the U.S., where I refined my skills in both savory dishes and pastry. Bendita Cocina is the result of that journey, and I’m excited to share it with you.

Business Owner
The creative force behind Artistic Cuisine is Chef Zee. His desire to cook began in Argentina at the age of 17. He started in the mountains of Patagonia working at Resorts and Hotels from there he enrolled at ESH Culinary School, and from there he traveled to Italy to enhance his own unique creative style. Chef Zee acquired a passion for becoming a pastry chef as well. He attended Kendall College and perfected his pastry skills.
